Biner Aziz

Biner Aziz holds an MPA from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University. He was a visiting fellow at the Wilson Center in 2008 and a cultural official in the Kurdistan Regional Government from2009-10. He owns a private construction material supply business and lives in Erbil.
